This notice explains Pip’s game-idea and feedback forms. You can submit without an email address. Adding one requests a single readiness update about your submission, not a newsletter.
Who is responsible
Scaleitapp LTD operates AIAppsHQ and controls how submission information is used. Contact us at idan@scaleapp.net.
What you choose to provide
Submitting is voluntary; there is no legal obligation to provide information. The form requires your description, submission type, applicable game selection and acceptance of the submission terms. Without those, we cannot accept the submission. Declining or closing the form does not prevent you from playing existing games. Reference links and email are optional. Without email, you can still submit, but we cannot notify you. Avoid sensitive information and other people’s personal data.
How we use it
We use submissions to review ideas, plan and improve games, provide support, protect the service and keep records of accepted terms and their version. We use optional email for the requested update or to respond to your contact requests. We do not sell submission information, publish your email or enroll you in marketing. Automated AI review and readiness-email sending are not currently active.
Providers and other countries
Tally hosts the forms and stores responses and technical request information needed to operate them. Our team and necessary service providers may access information for review, support, security and legal obligations. Tally is based in Belgium and says form data is stored in Europe; we operate from Israel. Provider processing may occur outside Israel. See Tally’s privacy notice and data-processing information.
AWS hosts the website and processes technical request data. The wider website uses Google Analytics 4, which may use cookies and collect usage/device information. AWS and Google may process information in other countries. See AWS’s privacy notice and Google’s privacy policy. Pip search text stays in your browser; we do not send it or form answers to analytics. Local game saves stay on your device. This legal page loads no analytics or scripts.
How long we keep it
We retain submissions while assessing or working on them, and as needed for rights and legal records. We keep optional email until the requested update or your withdrawal, unless a legal need requires longer retention. We review retention periodically and handle deletion manually; there is no automatic deletion schedule.
Your choices and requests
Email idan@scaleapp.net to request access, correction or deletion, or withdraw an update request. Applicable law may require or permit us to retain some records. We may ask for proportionate information to verify a request; we do not routinely require identity documents. Future material changes will be reflected in this notice.
