Creating together

Submission terms

Version

Share an idea for a game everyone can enjoy. Sending an idea does not give you ownership of a game we create or promise that we will build it.

Who these terms are with

AIAppsHQ is operated by Scaleitapp LTD (“we” or “us”). These terms apply when you accept them and submit a game idea, improvement suggestion or bug report through Pip. Questions: idan@scaleapp.net.

A suggestion, not a commission

You are contributing to shared games, not ordering a commissioned or private game. We decide whether and how to review, combine, develop or publish suggestions. We do not guarantee selection, implementation, timing or a response. We may develop similar ideas independently, receive similar suggestions from others, or improve games proactively.

What to share

Describe gameplay in your own words and use public reference links for inspiration. Do not paste source code, long stories, confidential information, secrets or other people’s personal data. Share original material only if you have the rights and authority needed to grant the permission below. A reference link does not give us permission to copy someone else’s artwork, characters, code, music or other protected material.

Your material and our permission to use it

You retain any rights you hold in your original submitted material. To the extent you hold those rights, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, adapt, combine and develop that material to create, improve, publish, operate and promote AIAppsHQ games and their improvements. We may sublicense it only to contractors, service providers and distribution partners as needed for those purposes.

This permission is limited to those purposes and to rights you can grant. It does not transfer your ownership or give us rights in third-party material. It does not license your email address or other personal data; those are covered by our privacy notice. Subject to rights that cannot legally be waived, the content license continues if you later withdraw a suggestion, so existing games and development work can continue.

No ownership or payment promise

Submitting an idea does not grant you ownership, equity, exclusivity, royalties, revenue sharing, compensation or a promise of credit in a game, improvement or our business. Any different arrangement must be agreed separately in writing. Rights in our existing and independently created implementation remain with us or our licensors, to the extent those rights exist. We do not claim that every AI-generated output is protected by copyright. Nothing here removes rights or entitlements that the law does not allow you to waive.

Who can submit

You must have the legal capacity and authority to accept these terms. If you are a minor, ask a parent or legal guardian to review the terms and submit on your behalf. We do not ask for your date of birth.

Contact and applicable law

Israeli law governs these terms, subject to mandatory consumer, privacy and other rights that apply where you live. Contact idan@scaleapp.net about a concern so we can try to resolve it. These terms do not require arbitration or prevent you from using legal rights or remedies available to you.
